    Yorkshire is actually England's largest county and inthe north it stretches from the coastline of the east, across the windswept Yorkshire Moors to the Yorkshire Dales in the West.
    The scenery is stunning and will appear strangely familiar to anyone who was a fan of gentle television series' such as All Creatures Great and Small or Heartbeat.
    The people of Yorkshire have a reputation for friendliness but also for telling it how it is.  
    Whilst most people visit this part of Britain for the hills and dales, the area also has traditional seaside resorts like Scarborough and Whitby as well as one of Britain's most historic towns, the walled city of York.
