The Chequers Hotel

Located in the charming market town of Holbeach, in the heart of the Fenlands, this independent hotel occupies a privileged position overlooking the 14th Century church of All Saints.

Tastefully refurbished and decorated to offer modern facilities of a high standard, The Chequers combines the traditional values of courtesy and service with all the comforts you would expect from a hotel. The third largest town in the Lincolnshire Fens, Holbeach dates back to the 13th century. It is within easy reach of other Fen towns, including Spalding and Boston, which also display historic architecture. The hotel's function room is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, banquets, parties, conferences and training courses. The room can accommodate between 30 and 60 guests for a sit-down meal and up to 110 or for a finger buffet or corporate event. The room can be laid out in a number of different styles to meet individual needs and requirements. The bar features a pool table, games machines and large screen television where you can watch major sporting events.
