The Yard Canteen & Grill, in Sheffield's luxurious St. Paul's Hotel, is a contemporary brasserie based restaurant. Right in the in the heart of the city, The Yard is sleekly modern with leather seating and huge picture windows which have the stunning backdrop of the acclaimed Winter Gardens. Start with a terrine of Scottish Salmon with horseradish crème fraiche and soda bread, then savour roast fillet of pork with fondant potato, white onion puree and sage. The sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream will have you fighting off the temptation to lick the bowl clean!

The Yard Canteen & Grill in Sheffield is available for hire for up to 75 people sitting down and 300 standing. If your group is bigger or smaller than that, the St Paul's Hotel has other rooms for as few as 25 or as many as 400.
