The White Hart's stunning new interiors and delicious new menu have transformed the restaurant & bar into Welwyn's most desirable destination. The previous old-world interiors have been replaced with an exciting new style that combines subtle blue and grey tones. New Head Chef, Mark Sharples, has also produced an exciting new menu to accompany the fresh new look. The excellent value menu offers a selection of Modern European dishes with British Influences. Each delicious dish is freshly prepared using only the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce where possible. Both the lunch and evening menu offer a great variety of dishes and weekly changing specials, including: Seared scallops with pancetta, sauteed potato and caper dressing and rack of lamb with a herb crust, served with lamb shank faggots, fondant potato and thyme.

The multi-purpose function room is ideal for business meetings, and can be set up boardroom or theatre style for meetings and then be turned into a lovely lunch or dinner venue for up to 40 people.
