The dining room - with its plush vanilla carpets, starched white linens and breathtaking views of the Looe Valley and picturesque Cornish garden - boasts a hushed elegance and the service is superb. The restaurant at The Well House has won three AA Rosettes under Master Chef Tom Hunter, and has a seasonal menu showcasing fresh Cornish produce, and vegetables and herbs from the hotel's own garden. We love the seared Looe scallops served with fennel purée and crisp prosciutto, and the pea and mint risotto with white truffle oil.
