Sugar Hut, in the heart of Fulham is an utterly enchanting, Thai and Morrocan-themed den. Here you can lounge on lavish beds, surrounded by rich textiles and warm hues and sip cocktails before sampling the delicious Thai dishes. These are served all at once, rather than by course, to enable you to experience a harmony of tantalising tastes and textures.
From 1st August until 31st October 2008 all customers who book at Sugar Hut will get an entry form to win a trip to Thailand.
We skipped starters and opted for a tender, moist yam nua yang (grilled beef salad); a perfectly harmonised chilli, lime and fish sauce complemented the meaty flavour. Gai yang (chicken marinated in soy sauce, garlic and coriander) was light and herby, a chilli sauce dip adding the necessary zing. - © Time Out, Eating & Drinking eatdrink.timeout.com 2003
