Its Seasons Restaurant is a calm, open-plan space with cream walls, blond wood tables and large, abstract canvasses, and its menu - European with Asian influences - changes four times a year to reflect the seasons. The food is simple yet satisfying. Start with samosas or Thai prawn and noodle salad, then try the breast of chicken filled with garlic butter, get an Omega-3 hit from Mediterranean-style roast mackerel or tuck into Cajun-spiced Louisiana lamb cutlets.
