Radhuni Restaurant brings a true taste of the Indian subcontinent to Flackwell Heath. Casting aside the traditions of the Indian restaurant the owners have instead chosen to focus on real Indian and Bangladeshi food served in welcoming, stylish surroundings. The simple interior, dominated by a red and dark wood bar is complimented by rows of classically dressed tables and gleaming floors, a million miles away from flocked wallpaper. Chef Abul kalam Azad has brought to the restaurant recipes and techniques handed down through generations of Mughal court cooking, using quality ingredients and avoiding artificial additives to give a realistic taste of Asia.
