This charming, unpretentious restaurant is situated in the beautiful village of Bonchurch in the Isle of Wight. The simple, stylish dining room is an elegant setting for both day-time and evening meals, and features an sheltered terrace overlooking the tranquil pond. The Pond Café's menu focuses on simply cooked, locally sourced ingredients inspired by seasonal availablity. We love the home-made basil linguini with rich tomato sauce and deep fried boccacini; seared tuna fillet wrapped in herbs, served with a Greek salad and balsamic dressing; and rib-eye of Island Beef served with tempura vegetables and braised balsamic shallots.
