The South West's favourite Chef, Michael Caines has teamed up with Hotelier Andrew Brownsword to create ABode, a chain of hotels whose restaurants bear the Caines seal of approval. The flagship restaurant, Michael Caines@ABode in Exeter, sets the scene for the whole ABode brand with a slick and stylish dining room and to die for menu. The earth toned restaurant with its solid wooden floors, immaculately laid out tables has a relaxed and intimate atmosphere and unobtrusive but friendly service paves the way for an exciting menu. As one of Britain's most celebrated Chef's Caines is a real champion of local food, so expect to find the West Country's finest used in imaginative ways in a tastebud tingling European menu.
