Hutton's Bar and Brasserie opened in 2006 as a welcome addition to Winchester's Pedersen Hotel. The sleek interior tells an entirely different story from the unimpressive exterior of the building, with gleaming tables, mushroom upholstery and leather banquettes under twinkling spots making for an intimate and stylish dining experience. The presentation of the food is equally gorgeous, carefully put together to spoil the eye as well as the palette. With a European and International twist, dishes are put together using fresh ingredients to create an expansive and impressive menu full of old favourites and new ideas plus a char grill menu for those who enjoy the simpler things on their plate.
