Flores World Tapas Bar is a chic, cosmopolitan restaurant in Leicester, ideal for intimate drinks and dinner with family, friends and colleagues. The dining room - with its stylish wooden furniture, quirky framed artworks, mocha walls and plush fuchsia, chocolate and sage floral banquettes - has a vibrant atmosphere and is always filled with a fashionable crowd. Executive Chef, Jonny Bingham, has developed a global tapas menu inspired by ingredients, flavours and textures from cultures all over the world. We love the restaurant's sophisticated Indian spiced lamb stew with chickpeas, ginger, coriander and chilli; the pork and prawn dumplings steamed with lemon and soy; and the native oysters served with cucumber, fennel and green chilli puree.
