The Eatery at Hertford House Hotel is located at the centre of Hertford and brings something unique to this historic market town. Set in a lovely Georgian building, the open plan dining room is a stunningly modern venue of real luxe and style with the ambience of an urban lounge, yet in-keeping with its heritage and tradition. Drinking patrons relax through the evening with ambient background music and an extensive selection of drinks, speciality cocktails and Anglicised tapas. Whilst diners take pleasure in the full classic British menu created by Head Chef, Julian Ward who puts a divine modern twist on dishes like his signature suckling pig with char-grilled apples, black pudding mash and Scrumpy Jack sauce.
