Set within the grounds of the Country Park Inn, the lodge provides 8 tastefully decorated guestrooms within the tranquil surroundings of the River Humber, in Hessle, on the outskirts of Hull.

The Country Park Lodge is a separate annexe to the main building. It has just 8 cottage-style bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which is specially adapted for those with disabilities. As it is separate from the hotel, please note that it does not hold a licence for the serving of drinks. You can enjoy drinks in the main Riverside Bar. Recently refurbished, the Riverside Bar serves a wide range of home cooked cuisine in comfortable, modern surroundings. Here, you will enjoy superb views of the impressive Humber Bridge and find a tranquil setting to relax with a drink and watch the river activity. The Shoreline Suite is a purpose-built function area comprising 2 rooms with a capacity for 10 to 350 guests. Directions

By car from the M62 motorway (east bound): - Continue onto the A63 for Hull and straight through the set of traffic lights. - Take the junction signposted Humber Bridge. - At the roundabout take the 2nd exit, signed Hessle and Humber Bridge, View Point. - Follow the road for about half a mile then take the 1st right, signed Hessle Foreshore. - Continue following signs for Hessle Foreshore (road runs parallel with the River Humber). - Continue along the road, under the Humber Bridge and you will find the Country Park Inn. From Beverley: - Take the A164 and follow signs for Humber Bridge. - At Humber Bridge roundabout take the 3rd exit signed A63 Hull. - At the next roundabout take the 1st exit signed Hessle Viewpoint. - Continue as above. From town centre: - Take the A63 and follow signs for Humber Bridge. - Take the 2nd exit, signed Hessle Foreshore. - Follow the slip road, go straight over the roundabout and take the 1st left. - Continue along the road for about one mile and take the 1st left for Foreshore. - Continue as above. By Train: - Hull train station is around 8 miles (12.9 km) away. From here to the hotel, a black cab costs around 9 GBP, a private hire taxi 7 GBP. - Hessle train station is around a 10 minute walk away. By Bus: Buses stop at Hessle Square. From here, the hotel is a 20 minute walk or costs 3.50 GBP in a taxi.
