Jane Russell together with her husband Andrew bought the business in 1998 and Jane represents the third generation of the same family to own and run the business stretching back over 60 years. Set in the quiet village of Clifton, The Black Horse Inn is easily accessible from all the main conurbations of West Yorkshire and is ideally situated half a mile from Junction 25 of the M62, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds, be away from it all and yet close to everything. Travelling from Leeds/Bradford Westbound on the M62 :
Exit Motorway at Junction 25 Brighouse/Huddersfield. At the roundabout turn right signposted Brighouse. As soon as you leave the roundabout move into the right hand lane of the dual carriageway. Take the first right, signposted Clifton/17 Century Coaching Inn The Black Horse Inn, As you climb the hill the Holiday Inn will be on your left, follow the road into the village and we are situated on the right hand side, our main car park is at the T Junction.
Travelling from Manchester Eastbound on the M62 :
Exit Motorway at Junction 25 Brighouse/Huddersfield. At the roundabout turn left signposted Brighouse. As soon as you leave the roundabout move into the right hand lane of the dual carriageway. Take the first right, signposted Clifton/17 Century Coaching Inn The Black Horse Inn, As you climb the hill the Holiday Inn will be on your left, follow the road into the village and we are situated on the right hand side, our main car park is at the T Junction.
