Langhorne Garden Hotel

Just metres from the Leas, Folkestone’s cliff-top promenade, this family-run hotel offers comfortable en suite accommodation and a cellar wine bar offering a wide choice of wines, lagers and real ales.

Originally built in the 1870s, the Langhorne Garden Hotel is just metres from the Leas. The mile-long promenade offers views of Folkestone on one side and superb sea views of the English Channel on the other. On a clear day, you can see France. Just 10 minutes’ drive from Folkestone’s Channel Tunnel terminal and close to the ferry port at Dover, the hotel makes a convenient base for a day trip to France or as a stopover on the journey into Europe. The hotel is also a good base from which to explore Kent, known as the Garden of England. There are 29 comfortable en suite rooms, all with modern facilities. The hotel has a lift and a dining room offering traditional English cooking. The Langhorne Garden Hotel is great for any length of stay, from an overnight stopover on the journey into Europe to a full fortnight’s holiday in one of England's sunniest resorts. The hotel has a bright and spacious main lounge, in which guests can relax.
