These standard double rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard. These rooms are smaller than the superior and executive rooms and are located on the third floor. The hotel does not have a lift. The sea can be seen from most rooms; however, the hotel is end-on to the sea. As such, the sea is to the south, while the rooms face east and west.

Superior 2

Spacious and airy. Located on the first floor with a bay window. Completely refurbished, the room has a king-size bed, two sofas, and a table and chairs. The sea can be seen from most rooms. However, the hotel is end-on to the sea and as such, the sea is to the South whilst our rooms face East & West. 

The rooms sleeps up to 2 quests and is available at £00.00. The hotel has of these rooms.

Superior 4

Spacious and airy room on the ground floor. It is a quiet room and guests will not be disturbed by noise from either within or from outside of the building. The room has a king size bed, sofa, table and chairs.

Executive Double

Spacious, good size rooms with king size beds. The sea can be seen from most rooms. However, the hotel is end-on to the sea and as such, the sea is to the South whilst our rooms face East & West.

Standard Single Room

These standard single rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard. These rooms are smaller than the superior and executive rooms and are located on the third floor. Directions

From m20 leave at Junction 13, round 2 roundabouts following signs for Folkestone; after 0.6m, cross major set of traffic lights, under railway bridge and sharp bend to left, after 0.6m take turning to right signed Sandgate/Hastings. Drive to junction at end and turn left onto Sandgate Rd. At roundabout ahead take 3rd exit into Langhorne Gdns. The Portland is at the end on the left. You are advised to take any Parking Spaces available. Please check in at the Skuba Bar.
