Information for GroupsThe Cloche Hat is available for hire for sit-down events such as business meetings and receptions of up to 100. For all types of small catered functions of 10 to 16 people, there's the charming oak beamed Jacobean Room; the perfect setting in which to savour a la carte dishes such as zarzuela de pescado - mixed seafood in a rich lobster sauce served with rice. There are also a set and buffet menu, but should you need a bespoke menu, you're in luck because that's exactly what The Cloche Hat specialises in. Nestled on the woodland edge of Chobham, The Cloche Hat is one of Surrey's oldest restaurants; they've been serving gourmet goodies at this characterful 16th century cottage since 1957. Before your meal, relax in front of an open fireplace in the cosy bar or beamed lounge. In the summer wander out - aperitif in hand - on to the terrace before dining from the table d'hotê or extensive a la carte menu, offering the best of traditional, continental and international specialities, in the air-conditioned restaurant. Fresh fish specials are brought in daily from the nearest coastal markets. The Cloche Hat cellar is stocked with fine wines, including the great Chateau wines from France and a whopping great collection of Gran Reserva Rioja dating back to 1964.
