The South Downs Way passes just behind the hotel, making our bed and breakfast guest house a great base for walking. Stay in our quaint comfortable bedrooms and dine with us on Friday and Saturday nights; book a table early to avoid disappointment or eat at the many excellent country inns and restaurants in the area. We have a sample menu on our own website and we offer free wireless internet access in all public areas and 12 of our bedrooms. Our accommodation comprises 13 en suite rooms with all modern amenities set around an attractive courtyard garden which was originally the farm yard. We now serve complimentary afternoon tea in summer here upon arrival. This is a non-smoking establishment. Outdoor Activities: There are numerous 0utdoor Activities available in this area including:- walking rambling, cycling, pony trekking, motor sports at Goodwood, watersports at Chichester Harbour and also indoor tennis at Portsmouth. Spa Activities: There are a wide variety of indoor activities available in the Chichester area, arrangements can be made for guests to book at beauty salons or Fitness Gymnasium in Chichester Double
