The Best Western Carlton Hotel is situated on the quieter northern end of the promenade with panoramic views of the Irish Sea. We aim to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay regardless of a business or leisure trip.

Our Horse Shoe Suite is available for private celebrations, product launches, seminars etc, with complimentary room hire and our team at at hand to ensure that whatever the event may be, it will go with a bang. The Shire Suite is a popular room licensed for civil marriages and partnerships. Christmas 2008 at the Best Western Carlton Hotel, Blackpool. Wednesday 24 December 2008 Arrive at your leisure and enjoy a welcome tea/coffee with cakes and biscuits. Then spend the day relaxing or catching up on last minute Christmas shopping. Join the hotel’s management and fellow guests for a pre-dinner drinks reception in Caesar’s Bar followed by a 3 course table d’hôte dinner in Caesar’s Restaurant with cabaret and disco to get you in the party mood for the festive period. Join in the “Guess the Weight of the Christmas Cake” competition, which ends on Boxing Day. Enjoy late-night coffee and mince pies before retiring to bed. Christmas Day, 25 December 2008 Start your day with a hearty full English breakfast. There will be mid-morning coffee and biscuits. By lunchtime be ready for a 6-course grand Christmas day luncheon and, if you have been good, you may get a visit from Santa! Enjoy the Queen’s speech with a cup of tea and some christmas cake. Dinner will be a light buffet supper followed by entertainment with cabaret. Boxing Day, 26 December 2008 Start your day with a full English breakfast, then check out the Boxing Day bargains, but be back in time for some soup and sandwiches. In the evening, you can enjoy the Boxing Day Farewell Gala Dinner Party, as we entertain you for your last night with us. Saturday, 27 December 2008 Sadly the time has come to say goodbye. Enjoy your breakfast, before we bid you farewell and we hope you take back happy memories of your stay with us and also our good wishes for the New Year.

    New Year - 2009 Tuesday, 30 December 2008 Arrive at your leisure and enjoy afternoon tea/coffee with cakes and biscuits. Then relax for the rest of the day or stroll along Blackpool’s seafront promenade. Start your evening with a welcome drinks reception and meet your fellow guests and the hotel management. Evening dinner is followed by light entertainment to lull you into the New Year mood. New Year’s Eve, 31 December 2008 Start your day with a hearty full English breakfast in Caesar’s Restaurant. Spend the day hitting the shops for early bargains, but be sure to be back on time for some soup and sandwiches. Get ready for the New Year’s Party where you will start the night with a drinks reception followed by a gala buffet dinner, which will be started by the piper. Get ready with your glass of bubbly for the bells of Big Ben to toast in the New Year and sing Auld Lang Syne. Then party the night away with our resident DJ and a cabaret until 01:00. New Year’s Day, 1 January 2009 No need to get up early, as we will be serving breakfast brunch from 09:00 until 11:00. A light buffet lunch will also be served, ideal for those that miss breakfast. Then enjoy the January sales, but be back on time for afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits. Relax over a candlelit gala dinner with cabaret and disco entertainment. Friday, 2 January 2009 Enjoy a hearty full English breakfast. Sadly we bid you farewell, if you are leaving us today. We hope you take back fond memories and our good wishes for the New Year. We hope to see you again soon. If you are staying on with us, then tonight we have something different for you: dinner in our fine Indian dining restaurant, Jali, a truly memorable experience with superb Indian cuisine. Saturday, 3 January 2009 Enjoy a hearty full English breakfast. Sadly the time has come for us to bid you farewell. We hope you take back fond memories and our good wishes for the New Year.
