Owain Glyndwr Hotel

Combining heritage with the comforts and facilities of a modern hotel. The Owain Glyndwr provides an excellent venue for business or an ideal base to explore North Wales.

This historic building, dating back to 1329 and named after Owain Glyndwr, the legendary Prince of Wales, boasts 13 well appointed bedrooms, a restaurant, 2 bars, a residents lounge, conference facilities and secure private parking. For the tourist, the Owain Glyndwr offers the ideal base to enjoy the beautiful Dee Valley, with its wide range of country pursuits, or to explore the many and varied attractions of North Wales. For business, the Owain Glyndwr's spacious conference facilities are an ideal 'away from the office' location for meetings and training events. Set in a 'lecture theatre' style, there is seating for 100. Set in a 'board room' style, 35 can work in comfort. Our fine restaurant, with seating for 20 diners, serves a varied and changing menu that takes full advantage of fresh, local produce. The ideal venue for that special occasion. Guests will be attracted by the log fire in the Saddle Bar or may prefer the Bottom Bar to enjoy the range of beers, selected wines and spirits.
